The staff here was really great, always friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. We stayed in a modernized standard room which was nice and comfortable. 😊

Overall had fine stay for 2 nights two months before our stay. The single room was updated, it included tea/coffee and some excellent tea. The location was magnificent, within easy walking distance of Tonbridge 

Hot breakfasts, attentive and knowledgeable staff.

Peaceful location, 5 minutes' walk to Tudor Trail. Upgraded bathroom in the new-fashioned and brilliant room.

The breakfast was sensational with scrambled egg, smoked salmon, and toast. the staff were super-friendly and amiable. - the location was marvelous in the "new" area away from the main building.

The whole house is pretty much out of date and needs some repair

Recently renovated rooms with elegant four-poster beds for a romantic stay, bonus for in-room tea/coffee and climate control, plus hot drinks available at the main bar with exceptional service.

English breakfast, good service, bar was very good.

Rooms face the main street, thereby loudly. hair dryer was missing, bath shelves were not in order.

Our room had recently been renovated, and we loved that breakfast was included; the hotel's proximity to the high street with various dining options was fantastic.

This place is spotlessly clean, offers views overlooking a charming garden, and it's perfectly located in the heart of the city.

The rooms are modern and brand-new with a dressing table. the hotel's location is comfortable and reasonably priced, near Tonbridge Castle and park. - the restaurant overlooks Tonbridge Castle and is by the River Medway.

Arrived late at night from gatwick. Was given directions to room but not taken Had great difficulty understanding brief instructions as we are French. Ordered and paid for continental breakfast in bed for two. Received English breakfast for ONE. Did not complain at the time as the hotel was a gift from my aunt who lives close by. We were attending a funeral the following day. My aunt rang the hotel and was told they were busy with checkouts but would ring back They never did A second call was made but no satisfaction received

Very nice hotel with good breakfast. There is a restaurant with good food and a bar with a good beer selection in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I can't think of anything right now. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low. But that was not really a problem, to get clean it was enough.

Room had awesome castle views! 🏰

Stayed over night as I had to work locally early the next day. Out side noise until 1 am . Was a Saturday night .

The receptionist kept us waiting without a polite word as she finished what looked like dusting! Even after explaining one of us was disabled with a pacemaker & breathing difficulty we were given a small room on the 3rd floor up in the roof with very steep small stairs that took a long time to recover from as well as my partner felt & looked quite poorly In fact my partner stayed in the room the duration of our stay in fear of a tumble down & up the stairs as they were spiral. NOT GOOD
